Toledo is on high alert as the FBI and the Toledo Police Department search for a man suspected of robbing the Huntington Bank on Heatherdowns Boulevard. The robbery occurred around 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 8th, and authorities are reaching out to the public for any information that could lead to his arrest.
According to the Toledo Police Department, the suspect entered the bank and handed the teller a handwritten demand note before fleeing the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. He was last seen running into the adjacent neighborhood.
The suspect is described as a Black male in his late 40s or early 50s, of average build, standing between 6 feet and 6 feet 4 inches tall. At the time of the crime, he was wearing a black shirt, black pants, and black sandals.
